Acrylic Enamel 1500 is an industrial coating, based on self-crosslinking acrylic resin. It provides excellent protection for metal surfaces - machinery, technical equipment, instruments, etc..
Description
Acrylic Enamel Silver 1500 consists of an aluminum paste and suitable additives, fine dispersed in self-crosslinking acrylic. It is cured at temperature 1500C.
Characteristics of the coating film:
-Exceptional hardness combined with good flexibility
-Outstanding resistance to boiling detergent solutions, diluted acids, alkali and staining substances
-excellent adhesion to steel
-excellent impact resistance
Application
Apply by spraying, after appropriate surface preparation. If necessary, dilute with xylene.
Clean instruments immediately after work
Technical data
The varnish dries at 150 C.
Consumption – 80 – 120 g/m2.
Storage – in dry warehouses at temperature up to 30 °C, away from direct sunlight. Keep away from fire and children!
Best before– 12 months from the date of production.
