For reparational and OEM painting of previously prepared metal surfaces of cars, buses, machines, technical equipment, refrigerators, washing machines and other objects for interior and exterior use.
Description
Auto enamel is produced from high quality medium-oil alkyd resin, pigments and special additives. The color palete is according to the company catalogue or by client sample. The product has the following characteristics:
- fast drying
- excellent gloss
- high hardness
- resistance to weathering
- excellent adhesion
- resistance to moisture
Application
Apply by spray gun, after special pretreatment of the surfaces (puttying, sanding, priming). Apply at least two layers – “wet” over “wet”. Dilute with MRT thinner or with a thinner for auto-reparation varnishes. The recommended working temperature is 18-25 °C and relative humidity – 70%. Clean the instruments immediately after work.
Technical data
The varnish dries for 8-12 hours at 20 °C or for 2 hours at 80 °C.
Consumption – 200 g/sq. m ( for the two layers).
Storage – in dry warehouses at temperature up to 30 °C, away from direct sunlight. Keep safe from fire and children!
Best before 12 months from the date of production.
